Upside down suet feeders

Exactly what I wanted and defeated the Starlings that were consuming lots of suet. Not sure if all the other birds - Woodpeckers, etc. - have found it yet, but I'm sure that they will in time.

Effective feeder for Northern Flickers

Really works to deter Starlings from feeding on the suet. The Northern Flickers use their tails as leverage while hanging upside down on this feeder; plus chickadees and nuthatches which are tiny and lightweight.
The Starlings have a difficult time feeding upside down.
This feeder really works, and I am very happy with it!

My mistake, i ordered one too small--it works well for the small birds but my larger wood peckers can't use. the little birds like it. larger would have been more versatile
