Provide martins a place to colonize in your yard by providing the Nature House Pioneer 12 Room Martin House System.  This is a great house and top seller!  Made of rust-free aluminum and painted bright white, this house deflects and dissipates heat keeping the nest compartments comfortable.  Aluminum body is also lightweight which will allow you to easily raise and lower it on your martin pole.  House has 12 total compartments on 2 levels.  Compartments measure 6" x 6" x 6"  which is a great size for each family.  House includes Pole and ground socket, rope and lanyard elevating system, 12 Dri-nesting subfloors, roof perch, porch and railing, mounting bracket and 12 winter door stops. Also to prevent starlings from overtaking the house, consider changing the doors to crescent opening. 

Made in USA!  Some assembly required.

Almost worthless. Sways in the wind and no way to keep water from leaking through the roof

Almost worthless. Seats in the wind and no way to keep roof from leaking. The support pipe is not nearly strong enough for its height!
