Door Plug-SREH & Waters Edge Crescent Hole

I haven't installed the setting(not right time, Martin's are just setting up house. They look like they will do job of keeping other birds out of house.

I thought the door plugs were included in my birdhouse kit but to my dismay, they were not. My wife went online, found door plugs on the Wild Bird Store site for the best price, ordered them, and before we knew it, they arrived! Thanks Wild Bird Store for your quick delivery.

So I accidentally forgot to order the house assembled, which was one hundred percent my fault. I deduct one star only because we found it not as easy to put together as one might think, and all our pieces didn't match up in a way that didn't make it difficult to put the screws through etc. Only the bottom floor of our four tier house seemed to be the perfect size. On the upper three tiers the dividers on the inside and the sides with the doors seem short. There is a slight gap between the door sides and the floor on the top three tiers. BUT all that being said, once you get it together, it's really nice, and seems very durable. This is a Christmas gift for a family member. So I input on it being put up as of yet. If I were to order it again, I would definitely order it put together. But if you'd like an afternoon project, then you'd be fine assembling it yourself. In other reviews when I ordered, I saw a lot of people say their kit was missing screws. Ours was not. We actually have quite a bit left over.

We bought 2 for a Girl Scout project. The directions are not great but once you get into the swing of putting it together they are easy enough. The major problem was that on both bird houses they had an incorrect room divider. We thought maybe it was just a packaging error on the one until we got to the second one and had the same issue. Due to timing of the project we had to complete the houses with the wrong part so the last floor did not correctly hold the nesting tray and was slanted. We were a bit disappointed with the quality control for packing the boxes with the correct parts.
