All of the items we sell are covered by the WildBirdStoreOnline 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Manufacturer warranties will vary by brand, but all WildBirdStoreOnline manufacturers provide a minimum of a one year product warranty.

If you need the manufacturer's contact information, have any questions about the manufacturer's warranty, or have an item that requires warranty service during our 30-day Return period, please contact us at support@WildBirdStoreOnline.com.

You will need to provide us with:

• The date of your purchase
• The brand and model of the item(s)
• Your original order number, if available

Please note: After our 30-day Return period, all product warranty issues must be handled directly between the customer and the manufacturer.
