The house is worth the price, shipping and handling. It shipped without any shipping notice to me so that I could track it. It just showed up on my porch. It also took more time than I expected to fill the order and ship it. I called the (866) customer service number on the order confirmation email to speak with someone and it went to voicemail so I replied to the email confirmation and was told by return email that "it is a busy time of the year causing delays in order fulfillment; your order should ship soon."
