Very very pleased

So we just received our Bird Feeder from the Wild Bird Store and I can’t be more pleased. We ordered the feeder a few weeks back. I received a call from the owner of the company apologizing that due to the Corona Virus that the manufacturer contacted them to say with shortage of help, the feeder would take longer to make. He wanted to give me the option to wait or to look elsewhere to get one sooner. I was so impressed that they would personally call me on this and speak directly with me. I told them that we would be patient and wait the time. My wife and I opened the box to find this gorgeous bird feeder inside. I will definitely order again through the Wild Bird Store. Thank you for caring about your customers. Kevin
