I have a large colony of martins on my farm. 6 of my houses are this model. My birds love them. Once they are assembled they are very sturdy and last a long time, i chagce mine at 10 years but they could have gone longer....

Returned as soon as I opened the box. No reason to assemble flimsy plastic. Customer service admitted would not recommend.
