Beautiful

This feeder is beautiful, but difficult to clean! You can lift the lid, so it will hang to the side, but the top doesn’t come off. There are three small holes that barely fit a bird feeder brush through. Takes a while to dry out since you can’t wipe the inside of the glass. I bought another one to change out while cleaning.

I personally have two of these woodlink feeders and they do a great job keeping squirrels out and large birds which is the primary job but I agree the design could be improved. What I typically do is allow the sun to sanitize and dry it as those sun rays will kill virtually all bacteria and dry it out pretty quick after cleaning. Broken cord

I bought this feeder just a couple of weeks ago and the cord that hangs the feeder and holds the top on has broken. I would like the cord/feeder replaced please.
