This cute feeder is for the squirrel who has to have his nose into everything. You will be entertained by watching the squirrels lift the lid and reach in to get their munchies.

This is a lovely squirrel feeder. It works, the squirrels love it and it looks great. To make a 5 star, I would make a couple of changes:
1. It would be better if the top sloped so that rain and debris would not gather on the roof.
2. The predrilled screw hole inside the feeder could not be accessed without special tools. The plastic piece would not lift off and it was too far down to reach it at an angle with a screwdriver or drill. We just made a hole further up towards the top.
I like the wooden feeders because they look great in my wooded backyard and they're quiet when the squirrels reach in for some food. The only drawback to this feeder is that it is apparently almost as delicious as the food inside, and the platform the squirrels sit on to eat is already half eaten away.
