Birds Choice Starling Resistant 3 Floor-12 Room Purple Martin House

From a Novice to a Thriving Colony Keeper—These Martin Houses Are a Game Changer!
I’ve been putting up Purple Martin houses for about 7 years, and I’ll be the first to admit—I’m no expert. Just a bird lover hoping to help these beautiful creatures find a safe place to nest.
I’ve tried two other brands over the years, and while they were fine, nothing—absolutely nothing—compares to what I’ve experienced with these homes. I currently have two of the 3-level, 12-room houses, and the transformation has been incredible. These white houses are often covered top to bottom, side to side—completely darkened by the all the pretty birds!
At times, we count 30 (or more) perched or swooping around, and the activity and singing is nonstop! It’s a total joy to witness.
I’m so impressed, I’m ordering three more houses to expand the colony and hopefully support up to 150 martins. If you’re serious about giving Purple Martins a proper home—and getting real results—don’t waste your time on anything else. These are somewhat pricey especially assembled but worth every penny. I wouldn't order anything else!

Birds Choice Starling Resistant 3 Floor-12 Room Purple Martin House

I ordered this not put together. Next time it will be already assembled. It's wasn't difficult to assemble, just time consuming (lots of nuts and bolts) . Looks great on my new telescoping pole that I purchased thru you.

Took a little time to put together but after the first floor a lot was repeat.
Birds love it.

Took a while to assemble. Turned out great.

They have not shipped my order after a month and can not be reached.

Have not put up yet but quality is very good. Bought pre assembled, glad I did. Has all the features needed to attract and house martins. Durable construction will last, accessible for cleaning.

The installation was very easy and is beautiful. I'm very happy that I chose this product. This size of the gourds is very nice and the porches and half moon holes make this product the perfect purple martin setup for me.

After a few missteps, my husband was able to put it together without difficulty. Very sturdy, looks great! Love it. Will order another one before Spring.

We are extremely pleased with our purchase from the online Wild Bird Store. The bird house is well constructed with quality materials, the turn around time from ordering to receiving was amazing, and the packaging was exceptional. We will definitely be ordering from the Wild Bird Store again!

Glad I got it preassembled! Attractive house. Hope it shelters many purple martins next to our lake for many years. Appreciated the information about where to place the house. We probably would have put it too near the woods!

Nice product. Mine is the 3 story Martin house. it took many screws and a bit of patience putting it together but a solid product and worth the money.

assembly went smoothly and looks like clean out will be easy

Very well built, we have bought a couple of houses that barely lasted 2 seasons. This one is much sturdier & the purple Martin's seem to like it. Also nice that it is starling resistant because we have always had trouble with them.

The product is of decent quality. If it was easier to assemble I would recommend it more highly. It is difficult to turn the screws at the location next to the adjoining panels.

Was easy to place my order. It did take some time to assemble, but when finished it is very nice quality and with very spacious compartments. The Martins were on it as soon as I put it up.

I am so excited over this last minute Christmas gift. They delivered quickly, quicker than I would have thought, and they didn't put their name on the whole box to give the surprise away. I can't wait to see our Purple Martins coming in early spring. I would highly recommend this company. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Have built the house. Waiting for the weather to improve and add it to my collection of Purple Martin houses.

Great store and prices, with excellent service!!

NO STARLINGS HAVE TRIED TO ENTER .THE MARTINS HAVE LOOKED IT OVER AND WENT TO ANOTHER HOUSE OF MINE. I HOPE SOME MORE WILL COME IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS. WE HAVE HAD BAD WEATHER HERE IN WESTERN NEW YORK RAIN AND COOL.

We have used this exact model for the last 7 years and have attracted Martins every year with it in North Central Texas. we've hung plastic gourds from the side, hanging 2 on each side using the perch as a base and have had consistently good results filling all compartments and the gourds. We highly recommend this house for the first time Martin landlord. It's always a real joy each year when the Martins return in late February to early March in our part of Texas. The house is sturdy and has withstood several hard winters, heavy thunderstorms, high winds with no problems.
