For those areas that suffer from extreme temps these ventilated doors are just the thing. When purchasing these keep in mind they are an addition to the normal doors that you'll also need.  The ventilated doors are not meant to be used full-time and should only be employed once the young martins are 7-10 days old.  The may vary depending on your local conditions.  Doors easily swap in and out with the normal doors. 

Doors will be cut with crescent or round opening to match your house.
